1. Please introduce yourself and state what part of Africa you are from?
· My name is Agatha, I am a college student, personal/fashion blogger, from Delta state (Delta Igbo) in Nigeria but I currently reside in the U.S.
2. Where/what/who is your greatest source of inspiration?
· I get a lot of inspirations everywhere but I would have to give it to the internet, through it, I have met amazing people and gotten enlightened about different cultures.
3. What is your favorite pair of shoes?
· Pumps, I am 5’10 but I don’t shy away from heels, they add more tone to my legs and make me have my “red carpet moment” and flats will always be a necessity.
4. What one item could you not live without?
· “puff puff” lol just kidding it’s a Nigerian snack and I like it too much, right now it’s the only thing that comes to mind in regards to the question.
5. When you are travelling on a plane, what is your favorite thing to wear?
· I like comfort and sleeping on planes so I will go with a simple dress with flats/heels or a nice fitted blazer with skinny jeans and tank
6. Favorite beauty products?
· I am a “old shoe” type of person when it comes to beauty products due to sensitive skin, I stick to the ones I’ve been using but I’m currently loving my cover girl lipsticks and milani baked blush
7. Favorite celebrity style?
· Gwen Stefani, there’s something about her looks that always captivate me; she has that old Hollywood glam with rocker chic mix and I also adore Solange’s style; ever since I watched her video “sandcastle disco” I knew she had that va va voom.
8. Any fashion tips for our followers?
· Always invest in key essentials for wardrobes e.g blazers, LBD (little black dresses), tanks, fitted denim etc and accessories; accessories help me all the time. Take breaks from regular stores and go thrift store shopping and explore vintage pieces. Lastly, Buy a SEWING MACHINE you don’t have to know how to sew, you can always learn but you will never regret buying one.
9. Favorite outfit you’ve ever worn?
· The outfits I make (I have to give myself credit lol)
10. If you could give someone advice on creating their own personal style, what would it be?
· “Fake it till you make it” let your personality show through your style, try not to copy others but let them inspire you. Don’t be scared to explore colors, it makes people happy and me happy.

1. Please introduce yourself and state what part of Africa you are from?
Hey what’s up? My name is Jayy Adamu; I am a 19-year-old university student from Toronto. Yes, I am born and raised in Toronto, ON, Canada, although my parents are both from Nigeria.
2. How would you describe your style?
I enjoy simple outfits that look appealing without having to be expensive or flashy in any way. Don’t get me wrong though, brand names are great! Also, the fit of the clothing is key. A nice slim fit is most important to me regardless of the type of clothing. (T-shirts, blazers, trousers, jeans, etc.)
3. Who / what / where inspires you?.
First and for most I’d like to say that Theophilus London, Kid Cudi and Alex Wang have been fashion idols to me for a very long time. They have inspired me to look outside the box in regards to fashion. They dress differently from others, and that is what makes them stand out in the fashion world. I’d also quickly like to shout out some dudes I consider brothers when we talk fashion, @_addictedtodope, @marsxparis, @osoromeo and @kosiOD.
4. What is your most worn item in your closet?
Nudies Wax Jeans. I love how they sit on all of my sneakers and they go fairly well with anything I choose to wear.
5. How do you put together an outfit?
I refrain from matching too much. I also believe that overdressing results in poor dressing. I keep it simple and usually decide to pull out some hot sneakers to wear with the outfit I choose. To be honest I don’t overthink what I will wear. It depends on my mood more often than not.
6. If you needed to start your wardrobe again, what items would you get and where would you go shopping?
I would definitely need a bunch of Nike sneakers, vintage dress shoes, and possibly old school Air Jordans. Thrift stores are amazing when attempting to find neat clothing that fits well and one of a kind. A good portion of my clothing (e.g. blazers, slim fit pants, ksubis, biker coats) comes from vintage stores across Toronto. I would also feed my sneaker obsession by shopping at Livestock Toronto, Nomad, or even a few spots in New York like Flightclub or Saks Fifth.
7. Can you tell us 5 random facts about you?
I go to the University of Toronto.
I enjoy playing basketball, dancing, shopping
Born in 1993
Type of music: ASAP Rocky, Drake, Jay Z, Pusha T, Travis Porter
Favorite sneaker: Air Jordan “Banned Ones” Black/Red
8. If you were to give someone fashion advice, what 3 things would you tell them?
Don’t wear something for the sake of the brand name, make sure you like it and it is worthwhile!
Don’t let others tell you what to wear, step outside of the box and distinguish yourself from others.
Pay attention to the supporting pieces of your outfit. Every little thing counts, and most importantly keep it simple!
9. Where can our followers get more information about you such as your social network websites/blogs?
